Hased Savannahs was a wonderful experience. Being too far away to travel to a cattery, I had to rely on email and texts. The communication was very clear with tons of pictures and videos. Jeanie shared pics of mom, dad, grandma, and other litters. I really felt a connection and enjoyed talking with her. There were weekly updates and she welcomed any and all questions. It was clear she invested considerable time and effort in ensuring that the kittens were well-adjusted and friendly. Throughout the adoption process, Jeanie’s communication was prompt, informative, and friendly. She kept me updated on the progress of my kitten and readily provided guidance on preparing to take her home. She provided a take a home kit with everything needed to transition. Including do’s and don’ts and vet care advice. She encouraged reading it several days after adopting, and it was great advice! I loved the weekly update photos of our baby! And we continue to share pics after the adoption. If we ever adopt another Savannah we come back to Hesed Savannahs!
